It's a New Year and it's often the time many people set new goals. 2022 was a very eventful year, but one thing I am reminded of is God is with us in all things.
As you begin to focus on your goals and aspirations for this year I want to encourage you to remember that life is but a vapor. Tomorrow isn't promised, so LIVE LOUD,LAUGH LOUDER, and LOVE LOUDEST. Enjoy moments with your family, friends, and those whom you love dearly.
With the fast pace of the world and many always striving to get more; more money and more stuff, I want to encourage you to look within and look up to our heavenly father and strive for more of Him. More time with him. More prayer. More of His will for your life.
Don't be consumed with the cultural ways to cancel out God being your EVERYTHING.
EVERYTHING you need is in GOD. Jeremiah 29:11 says "I know the thoughts that I think toward you, thoughts of good and not of evil, to give you an expected end." This tells us that God has it all in control. His plan is for you to prosper in all areas of your life.
Your life is in His hands. You are in His hands. Your spouse is in his hands. Your children are in His hands.
As we take off in 2023 we want to know that GOD is not just a piece of our life when we need Him, but He is our life.
The very air that we breathe, he gave, and with that same air, we say God thank you for carrying us in 2022, and we gracefully embrace 2023 because you have an expected end.
My Bishop preached a powerful message last night and he said it best YOU ARE CONDITIONED TO WIN in 2023!! I believe that for you and me!!
